Was absolutely amazing to stay here. Rooms were great and so clean. Cleaners cleaned and restocked them every day, which was handy. The pool was relaxing, a bit cold when you first got in but thats the norm. It was situated close to a lot of restaurants and shops which made everything easier. Would 100% recommend
If you want a nights sleep dont stay here the noise from other guests is an absolute joke! I've been all over the world and this has been my worst stay.
Its a nice hotel the rooms are nice and staff were friendly it's close to the train station and easy for busses but staying here ruined my holiday since I was only having 4 to 6 hours broken sleep a night then having to try enjoy my holiday since many miles of walking is involved. All the floors are tiled so you can imagine guests dragging chairs walking in heels and turning tv on at 12am and later will not be disturbing anyone!? A woman fell over one night in the room above and an ambulance came which is perfectly understandable for the noise that night. But there was no excuse for the other nights apart from lack of respect for other guests
I had one of the best moments and my Sorrento visit became one of the most memorable. Staff here are friendly, rooms are huge and cosy, location is walking distance to restos, pharmacy, train station, shopping, and just a beautiful stroll along the streets will keep you busy. They've put up their Christmas lights and I felt the vibe! Love it!
Perfectly located in the center of Sorrento. Quaint rooms felt historical and were clean. Each room has a balcony or patio. Staff is very attentive especially the waiters in the restaurant. Nice breakfast and dinner.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we were too early to check in, they helped us with storing our luggage and we were able to use the swimmingpool and jacuzzi before our room was ready! The breakfast was good and they had everything you needed. Also the location is great since it is nearby the train and bus station. I would really recommend.
So we stayed three nights here through wing buddy travel agency, The rooms are clean and the location is great,(Most comfortable beds we slept in on a 10 day tour of Italy.) food fantastic, sadly the AC was broken and the mini fridge didn't work, multiple requests the staff would state "We will send look into it." And never showed up. Lucky the weather wasn't extremely bad but my God it was brutal go to sleep even with the window open, waking up drenched in sweat. There is also extremely loud trains that run near the hotel that will shake the rooms throughout the night. This also wasn't one room, multiple guests in our group had the same issue unfortunately.
If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would. From the time you entered, to when we left, everyone was so nice and attentive. Our room was beautiful. Close to everything. 1000% recommend staying here
Stayed here for 7 nights on a touring holiday to Sorrento. The hotel is in a great location on the main road leading to the centre of Sorrento. The staff are very friendly and service is great .A good choice of food for breakfast and we dinner in 3 nights and food was excellent There is a rooftop bar which has entertainment some nights .We were very pleased with our stay .
